WEST HOLLYWOOD – Supremes star Mary Wilson will be the special guest host celebrating the publication of Mark Bego’s new book, “Elton John: The Bitch is Back,” (Phoenix Books) at The Abbey on Tuesday, Dec. 8, beginning at 6pm. The Abbey is located at: 692 N. Robertson Ave. in West Hollywood.

Along with an appearance by Mary Wilson, Bego will be on hand to personally autograph copies of his book and take questions from fans. Plus, arrive early after work and enjoy “EVERYTHING 5” – $5 Martinis and Appetizers from the Abbey’s special menu till 7pm.

In “Elton John: The Bitch is Back,” renowned author Mark Bego has rounded up a fascinating group of interview subjects for this unique biography of one of the music world’s biggest superstars. “I specifically wanted to talk to people who personally know Elton, he explains. “These people’s insights into Elton make this quite exciting.” Interviews include: Alice Cooper, Bill Wyman of The Rolling Stones, Mary Wilson of The Supremes, Angela Bowie, Sarah Dash of LaBelle, Randy Jones of the Village People, Duncan Faure of The Bay City Rollers, Gary Brooker of Procol Harum and the colorful and outrageous RuPaul.
